Born on Friday 13th

August 6, 2009

Ever heard this phrase said by a great warrior- .”..soldier either change your conduct or change your name!”?

When we are met with social engineering right from the time we are born, the challenge we have is greater than those who have the liberty to mark out their own path.

Being born on Friday the 13th should mark one out for danger and trouble and misfortune but that should not be true neccessarily. I was born to change the fortunes of this unfortunate date in history. Why should men remember this day for sadness? No, this day shall be made admirable under my auspices.

A man I admire once said to his opponents in a prison-  “You don’t seem to understand. I am not locked in here with you, you are locked in here with me!”  I will not let greatness decide whether to grace me with his glory or not- I will take it from him!

You will remember this day. I changed the fortunes of a day.

This day will change it’s conduct. Not its name.

I am Baraka Makanga. I shall mark out my path. I will denounce the ghouls that trail this unfortunate day. It will be made clean and the demons will no longer bind anyone on this day,

this day I became great.

This day God made me His son!

Inevitability

March 13, 2009

Do you hear that, Mr. Anderson? That is the sound of inevitability.
